__Apartment:__ 
The apartment building is from 1900. There are a total of seven rooms, with one couples room and six single rooms. With the majority of the rooms being relatively large, the apartment is spacious enough for 8 individuals to live. There is a large living room in the heart of the apartment, which links everything together, making it the perfect social spot. There are two bathrooms (one with a balcony) and each with a shower. The open kitchen is linked to the dining room, which creates a cozy atmosphere when preparing food together. 

__Surrounding:__ 
Back in the 1600s, the location of the apartment used to be part of a 10 meter high fortification, that surrounded the inner city of Copenhagen. Today it is a street that is linked with the start of the main pedestrian street, strøget, the city hall, and the water front. Within five minutes walk is the world famous amusement park, Tivoli. Next to the apartment is a lovely leisure park called Ørstedsparken and within five minutes walk are the famous lakes of Copenhagen. Behind the apartment are streets filled with vintage shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.  

The closest *supermarket* is Netto, which is right across the street. The closest *pharmacy* is within 10 minutes walk and is open 24/7. 

The nearest __LifeX apartment__ is literally the next door neighbour and is called *The Square*. On the same street are three other LifeX apartments: Cityhall, Blox and Loft.
