Toy Factory

  • The property located in Maxvorstadt is a new development in the centre of Munich. This is a mixed development with townhouses, residential properties and coliving.
  • LifeX is partnering with the owner on a 10-year agreement to operate the whole building on a profit-sharing arrangement.
  • The owner is responsible for the FF&E and setup of the property under the LifeX design and concept.
  • LifeX is working with the owner to build and fit-out the property with ESG considerations.

Large Danish Pension Fund

  • Property located on Østerbro, overviewing the largest park in Copenhagen, 100 meters to Metro station, comprising of 4 floors and a courtyard garden.
  • LifeX has partnered with one of the largest Danish pension funds on a long-term agreement with floor plans and rooms designed to LifeX requirements.
  • The owner is responsible for the FF&E and setup of the property under the LifeX design and concept.
  • The building is completely renovated with a focus on on noise reduction, digital infrastructure and sustainability.

Amalthea GmbH

  • The properties are buildings with a varying number of units located in central areas of Berlin and Halle. They will be managed under the LifeX brand and consist of a mix of apartment types, from studios to one-beds and two-beds to larger apartments for coliving.
  • LifeX is working closely with Amalthea to assist them in renovations by designing the individual units and preparing them for tenants. LifeX is providing full scale property management services, from tenant acquisition to facility and property management.
  • Amalthea has full visibility and transparency on the management of their assets through data driven dashboards on LifeX's tech platform.

  • LifeX has operated the Townhouse since 2019 managing all property amenities and services within the asset.
